Hans was born in 1986 and grew up in the climbing community of the Bavarian Alps. In his youth, he combined his passions for alpinism and filmmaking and began to accompany professional athletes on their journeys and expeditions in order to document their adventures.
Since 2011, Hans has been working as a freelance camera operator and drone pilot, specialising in outdoor and extreme sports.
In his free time, he loves to explore nature on adventurous trips with his family.
His sports include rock climbing, ice climbing, alpine climbing, sailing, white water rafting, slacklining, highlining, ski touring, paragliding, speed flying, mountain biking and caving.
